Silver Rose Guitars is all about family and fun. Matt makes the guitars and Nicola helps with the admin.

It all started 15 years ago and heading into the dissertation to receive a BSc in Sound and Music Technology. I wanted create a guitar to travel, practice, record and sound great live. This is how the SR-X began.

Named after the first letter of the band Xybium I created with friends Si, Galli & Andy. We had played together for years and grown up together while playing great music.

I decided to create the guitar through love for the instrument and passion for design and engineering. Now, all this time later, I feel the yearning to play guitar at home, at work, on holiday has compelled me to enable every guitar player the opportunity to never need to put their instrument down by creating a full scale, small body guitar with uncompromising sound.
